I strongly recommend going to the Facebook event page to get all the latest info on the conference. It is updated there faster than I can keep up.

We would like to welcome everyone planning on attending 2015 MEES to PRE-REGISTER. Doing this is a HUGE help for us in planning and budgeting space, materials, and staff for the big day.

Those of you who have marked yourself as ‘going’ on the facebook event page will be considered pre-registered. Would be nice to see those of you currently as ‘maybes’ switch over to ‘joining’ !!
Conference fees:
1,000 yen for JALT members and
1,500 yen for non-JALT members
(conference fees may be paid the morning of the conference at the registration desk)
BENTO LUNCH BOX ORDERS
We would like to start taking orders for prepared Bento lunch boxes for conference. They will be 500 yen (!!) prepared by our university’s own cafe staff. I have attached a photo of last years bento.
Please request your bento order with us by TUESDAY, MAY 26th.
Be advised that here are no convenience stores / restaurants within walking distance of our campus, so please remember to bring something to eat on your own if you don’t plan on purchasing a bento lunch.
There are also drink vending machines on campus. Complimentary coffee and tea will also be made available throughout the day.
